I wanted to give you an update on The Alliance. The Top 15 Power Players met in Dallas, Texas at the Hilton over the weekend.
We watched the Texas Rangers play the Minnesota Twins from the Ted Williams suite. We got there Friday and went to the game early around 5 p.m. We had incredible food: hot dogs, hamburgers, tacos, chicken tenders, steak, shrimp, popcorn, peanuts – whatever you could think of we had to eat.
We got there early so that we could hang out, hug and talk with each other before the game. We had Tim and Gaye Goad there with us and the Top 15: Alex and Heather Fitzgerald, Bill and Diane Lampe, Stephen Davies, John Wilson, Alex Abuyuan, Kyle Winebrenner, Mike and Noelle Lewantowicz, Paul and Tamara Roberts, Kyle and Char Keator, Patrick Connors, Chris and Cortney Long, and Adam and Beth Katz.
We rank our people based on what level they are at, and what power rating they’ve got based on width and depth. Check with your upline manager for more information on this subject.
We worked hard for an hour before the game with an exercise we call the “parole board,” which you will be hearing more about later. We laughed so hard and it was so intense because we were fighting and screaming about our point of view. We learned a lot by doing that together.
Watch the video below of us in the suite … the fireworks were incredible! Enjoy it, but keep reading!
On Saturday, we met in a conference room with our Top 15 to talk about the Fall Forward events coming up, our rotational meetings and how much they are changing our lives and we talked about the levels and how to move up to the next level. We wanted to make sure that 100 percent of us agree on our “why.” We had a blast doing it and we left knowing that we all did agree.
After that, we took our Top 5 – along with Chris Reavis and Marshall Pettigrew from our corporate staff – to a restaurant called Pappadeaux.
You need to check that place out. They are incredible and we endorse them. We laughed so hard we cried, we ate too much dessert, the food was amazing and the service was second to none. Hanging out with that inner circle – Fitzgerald, Lampe, Davies and Abuyuan – was crazy talk. We had a blast. Of course my favorite part was hanging out with my wife, Jane – just like at the Olympics – and getting to watch her at dinner and talking to the other ladies was awesome.
On Sunday morning, Fitz came and picked us up and showed us his new almost 5,000 square foot house that wraps around his pool with a beautiful yard that is unbelievable. Me and Reavis fought like crazy with Fitz’s sons – Joseph and Zachary Fitzgerald – and we all got to meet little Kate for the first time.
Fitz had lunch cooked for us, we got to see the new National Agents Alliance office and we saw Fitz’s office. They have already packed it out in that conference room to where they are going to have to have two meetings a week there to accommodate all the people showing up weekly.
We really just learned a lot during our trip, it was intense and be sure to watch the video below that will show you the lessons we learned during our Dallas meeting.
