Hello from London!

AA-London (<— Listen to this while you read!)

Hey guys,

I’m sending this to you from London, England. This trip is a dream come true. I’m hanging out with my best friend in the world, Jane and my two other favorite people – Haleigh and Spencer. We flew pretty much all night — see pictures at the end of this blog — and we’re in our hotel getting all our Red, White and Blue gear ready to root on the USA in the Olympics. This is the American Ride.

I never thought it would be this good 20 years ago. I had a dream and worked hard, but it’s been better than I ever imagined it would be. Yes, it was more work and it cost more too.

I want to help others achieve all their dreams more than anything.

I love seeing my friends live their dreams through our business. There’s not a better feeling in the world than seeing people set a goal, work hard and reach it. I enjoy helping others and I love to see their faces when something great happens for them. That’s what we are all about: helping somebody else find success — short term and ultimate term.

It’s awesome when I hear about people like Adam Katz buying a million-dollar home, which was a dream of his. Hearing Stephen Davies talk about the movie theater room he wanted to build and finding out that he’s got it now is great. Alex Fitzgerald talked about building his dream home in Dallas, Texas and now he’s living in it. I could give you so many examples of the people that have realized their dreams through our business. It’s crazy.

People always ask me why I work so hard when I don’t have to, and being able do things like taking my family to the Olympics is a reminder of why I keep pushing to do more, to be better and to remember that I can always do more. I can’t wait to hear about some of our guys on the team taking trips like this with their family.

Here’s the other cool part: I want it for you too! I want to help you achieve all your dreams.

I want everybody to do cool things like go to the Olympics, fly on private jets, buy nice cars, live in great homes and give away hundreds of thousands of dollars away to charities each year.

What is your WHY?

When you find out, it’s easier to push for all your dreams and goals. Just like me and all the athletes here in London, it started with a dream. And you gotta dream big. It starts small but if you keep reaching for more, the dream grows and your expectations grow.

Coming out of our Leadership Conference, I’ve never been more clear about what we are doing. We are making a difference in people’s lives. We are building leaders and winners that are going to help us reach our next goal, and take us to the top of the podium like our athletes are going to do during the next two weeks. Come hear even more of our plans for the future of the Alliance.

Getting there takes training, hard work and effort. That’s why we host our events and we’ve got four coming up in October. Please make sure that you are at one. We’ve made it easy for our people to get to them because we will be in Los Angeles, Calif.; Dallas, Texas; Atlanta, Ga. and Burlington, N.C.

These events are a catalyst for growth and learning. I promise you that coming to these events will not only help your business, but it will change your outlook and make you a better person.

Let’s set the bar high, train hard and go for the gold. It might be hard to realize now, but when you do that it makes the ride worth it. When you are standing on top, you can’t describe how good it feels.

I want it for you and your family. Let’s go get it!

Great things come to great people who, you guessed it, help others to become great people. Go USA!
