In July of 2016, The Alliance released a video titled “What’s Your Story?” The purpose of this video was to remind people that everybody – yes, everybody — is either coming into a situation, coming out of a situation or they are right in the middle of a situation!!! That’s just how life works.

It is situation after situation!

I have been in Banff, Alberta and now Lake Louise this week with members of The Alliance, who earned this trip by “Doing the Do” in 2015. We have had a blast up here in the Canadian Rockies, where if the views could kill then we would all be dead. I’m not kidding when I tell you that pictures and video do not do it justice.

             I think most people do not understand what to say when they talk to new agents on the phone, so they end up asking one sentence questions like, “How are you doing?”  Then, they take whatever the agent says at face value.
